We believe that the most important part of being a teacher is being a student – continuing our own education and discovery in order to deepen our practice and therefore elevate our teaching.
Our 300 hour advanced training focuses on expanding understanding of western anatomy and eastern philosophy, coaching skills applicable to elite athletes and novice yogis, the modern triggers of Flow State and its seamless relevance to the ancient science of yoga, and more.
Each module unites intensive practice with components of pranayama, meditation, beginner through advanced postures, yin yoga, anatomy, physiology, philosophy, sequencing, guiding, verbally and physically adjusting, holistic health – practical application with immediate expert feedback.
This program is designed to be customized according to your unique educational desires and calendaring. Take your time to complete the modules, which will be offer at least once per year in a variety of locations. Assimilate. Integrate. Evolve.
Some of our modules are offered retreat style – week long immersions in beautiful locations worldwide, inclusive of accommodation and food – whilst others take place in studios over two or three weekends. These will alternate annually as to provide continuous access to each module. New modules will be added regularly to allow even more customization of your education. Choose trainings based on date and location, or the content that makes your heart shine.
There is no time restriction to complete the program.
